Can You Reach The World’s Tallest Man’s Knees?

Win the Chance to Meet The World’s Tallest Living Man and Take Part in a Record Breaking Attempt at Your School!

The world is full of amazing people and incredible achievements which are all recorded by the Guinness World Records® book. Now is your chance to see these come to life as Guinness World Records is giving you and your school the chance to meet the World’s Tallest Living Man and take part in your very own Guinness World Record Live Event.

Sultan Kosen, 29, from Ankara Turkey who measures 251 cm (8ft 3 inches) will tower above you and will probably need to duck as he enters your school and your assembly hall. He could be two, if not two and a half, times taller than you or your friends!

Once you have met a real life record breaker you will want to break records yourself, so Guinness World Records will bring an adjudicator to one winning school to judge an attempt that is chosen by the school and the Guinness World Record team. Imagine what you could be taking part in – could you break the record for the most basketball bounces in a minute, most skips in a minute or the largest hand print painting? This is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could make you and your school famous and get into the famous book yourself!

How to Enter?

Ask your teacher or parent to register for the Guinness World Records School programme by logging on to www.guinnessworldrecords.com/discover. The new programme provides a free KS2 resource for the school including lots of videos and photographs of amazing achievements for use in the classroom. One lucky school registering for the programme will have the chance to win a once in a life time experience of meeting the World’s Tallest Living Man  and participate in a record breaking attempt themselves with a Guinness World Record Live Event.
