Team Building Company Launches Dedicated ‘Learn to Work’ Website and Products for Schools.

The objective is to empower students and encourage team working, creative thinking and to teach some of the fundamental skills for a successful career.

The modern business now looks for employees that are imaginative, resourceful and most importantly, adaptable in the workplace. Additionally the importance of the ability for an individual to work well within a team and a company’s way of working is equal to that of their academic achievements. Therefore building a personal portfolio of business and people skills is essential. They aim to provide innovative, practical and fun solutions to some of today’s educational challenges.

The workshops offer a variety of different benefits that include personal impact, communication, decision making, teamwork, collaboration and business idea generation. All set in an action packed, creative learning environment.

So students could take on the boss in the Junior Apprentice, help Agent 75 from Spy Inc tackle a complex mission or piece together Picasso’s Predicament to reveal the big picture.

After a full day’s Krypton Dynamic activity with students with Aspergers, Autism and ADHD, Lesley Stout, Project Manager, Croydon Children’s University said, “Thanks! It was a great day and the students were completely engaged – Brilliant! One student now has a new record of 180 hours…”
