Payment: Payment terms are strictly on receipt of proof. Please ensure payment is made promptly on receipt of invoice. New accounts will be opened within 48 hours subject to our normal credit control procedures. First order invoice must be paid promptly to agreed terms and conditions. We reserve the right to add interest/late payment charges on overdue accounts. Our payment terms are set in place to work with our average two month production schedules on free publications. Please understand these terms and make sure payment is received as specified.  Prices are plus VAT. Cancellation:If you wish to cancel a booking this must be done in writing for the attention of accounts, within 10 working days of your booking. Please send cancellations via recorded confirmation for proof of sending if required. Cancellations are not accepted with deadline bookings. Cancellations over 10 days are not accepted.  Artwork: If artwork does not arrive by our copy deadline you will still be liable to pay for the space you have purchased.
